You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt, without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including the original shipping costs. Only the cost of returning the item from you to our warehouse is for your own account.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging: unused, undamaged and complete. If the product is damaged, or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this reduction in value.

To use your right of withdrawal, please contact us at [email protected]. We will refund the amount due within 14 days after we receive notice of your return, provided the product has already been received back by us in good order, or you have supplied proof of return shipment.
